    Hi
i have attempted FM exam many times and always failing at 45-49% marks. in the recent last 2 attempts also i scored 48% and 47%. Not sure where the technique is getting wrong.

I am sorry that you keep failing. It is obviously impossible for me to know where you are losing marks because I cannot see your answers.

I assume that you have watched all of my free lectures.

Have you attempted all of the questions in your Revision Kit (and attempted them properly before looking at the answers)?

Have you attempted the mock exams in your Revision Kit under exam conditions (especially with regard to the time)?

Have you attempted the specimen computer based exams on the ACCA website?

Have you read all of the technical articles on the ACCA website?

Have you watched my lectures working through some past exam questions (in the section labelled ‘Revision Kit Live’?

In the exam itself, do you allocate your time between the three sections and between each of the Section C questions? You should allow yourself 1.8 minutes per mark. For the Section C questions you will get more marks by doing something (however little) for every part of each question than by trying to completely finish one part but do nothing for other parts.

For Section A, do not spend any time on questions that will obviously take longer to read or are obviously on topics that you know you have problems with – you can come back to them later if you have time. Also, make sure you guess answers to any questions that you did not have time to finish – you do not need many of your guesses to be correct to turn a fail mark into a pass mark.

I do wish you success in the next exam sitting 🙂

i have watched entire series of your lectures. Major challenge that i face is with the Risk management topic. i do not understand and i cannot attempt the questions for the same. is there any other source i should refer to for risk management.
I also read through the technical articles.
ALso, is there someone who can assist in reviewing my mock assessment so that i know where i am going wrong

If you say what it is you do not understand or refer to questions in your Revision Kit that you cannot attempt, then I will explain.

We are not able to review mock exams, but if you contact tuition providers near wherever you live then they might be prepared to do this (but will presumably charge you for the service).
