Hi John I do not understand question 33.13. Why is the second journal incorrect ? Thanks again Arahn

If you are referring to the BPP Revision Kit, then question 33.13 in the current edition does not mention any journal entries.

Directors pay is an expense of the company and should therefore be debited to the remuneration account. If it has been paid then it would be credited to cash, but since it will not have been paid it is credited (not debited) to they accounts because it is owing to them.
