When calculating component assets beta where did we get proportion from? 0.25 component & 0.75 other activities excluding component
1.217 = component asset beta x 0·25 + 1·078 x 0·75

11y ago#1The question says that 75% of their equity finance is 'other activities' (so 25% is component production).
