    Dear Sir,
    Please help me to check the answer of requirement (c) question 2 year 2013 Jun, when calculating WACC, the answer : use cost of capital 12% meanwhile it should be 13% as the result of required (a)

    But the question specifically tells you in part (c) to use a cost of equity of 12%

    Thank you sir, I did not read the requirement carefully
    Regarding to the calculation of IRR, if I use formula IRR in excel instead of method for 2 guess value, will I not be marked ?

    I repeat what I replied to you before. You do not have Excel in the exam.

    The spreadsheet in the exam is not Excel and does not have built-in formulae.
