    Hello

    I am looking at the answer to this question and it mentions the following paragraph:

    – Many ‘no frills’ low-cost budget airlines fly into airports that offer cheaper taking off and landing fees. Many of these airports are relatively remote from the cities they serve. This may be acceptable to leisure travellers, but not to business travellers – ONA’s primary market in the regional sector.

    My question is, is this part of the answer which is expected to be written by a student? …i mean how is a student supposed to know about the taking off and landing fees of aircrafts? This is obviously not common knowledge (especially since it’s a worldwide exam)

    No. You would not be expected to write that but fine if you did. None of the questions required specialist knowledge of the industry on which the scenario is based.
