Good evening!! part (b) requires us to discuss 4 ways where OE failed to follow the proper evaluation process. in this, i chose 2 points that were different from the model answer. these were 1. determining whether bespoke was needed or generic 2. evaluation of alternates wd these have been acceptable? part (a) - in the model answer, it says sales revenue increased 10%. but the calculation is 12.7% x7: 2350 x8: 2650 my other calculations match i guess that is why i am wondering bout this one
