part (b) requires us to discuss 4 ways where OE failed to follow the proper evaluation process.

in this, i chose 2 points that were different from the model answer. these were

1. determining whether bespoke was needed or generic
2. evaluation of alternates

wd these have been acceptable?

part (a) – in the model answer, it says sales revenue increased 10%. but the calculation is 12.7%
