Hello people, can someone please advise.

I just passed F6 at December 2011 sitting, and I have now completed F1 through to F6.

I have just logged onto myACCA and my status now says I am eligible for the Professional Ethics Module. Is this something similar to PER? Can anyone please advise any info appreciated.

Does this also mean that I am now eligible to sit any of the P exams too?
I dont intend to at this stage until I complete all F’s, but would be handy to know.

    Thanks

Yes, once you become eligible to sit P1 then the Professional Ethics Module becomes available to you. You are eligible to sit P1 in the June sitting provided you also sit for F7, F8 and F9. This is in keeping with the policy of ACCA where you can sit up to 4 exams in each exam cycle.

PER is different from Ethics Module. The Module is an online activity which can be completed in a day. There is no pass or fail, you just do the module and then you get a certificate of completion. The PER is composed of 39 challenge questions which must be completed as part of the requirements for admission to membership.
