Analyse the relationship between process design n strategic planning using the context in qs
What are the relationships between the two?Read the model answer. It’s quite a hard question to answer in the abstract. Examples help. For example, which functions should be outsourced is part of process design and important to strategic planning. Similarly, if your strategic plan were to sell abroad, you have to decide how you are going to get orders, process them and transfer them to your overseas customer – that’s all process design.
