Hello
I was supposed to write financial reporting exam today(FR), i launched the exam and was able to do a few questions but then the internet connection dropped saying its not able to connect ,and the system closed the exam on its own.i was not able to finish.
However, i had carried out system test a few days before the exam and passed.
I went to rebook the exam for contingency week. And it credit my account. However when rebooking it displays a messege: 'the candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created At present'?
I dont know what this means. will i be able to rebook for the contingency week? And how long after im supposed to reebok to be eligible to write, as in is there any deadline.?
