Hi, This is the investment in the subsidiary made through the issue of the loan notes. On acquisition we would have DR Investment 800 CR Loan notes 800 and we cannot have an investment in ourselves and so we need to remove the 800 from the investment line. The 800 loan notes is already included within the accounts. Thanks
