I had uploaded my qualification certificates 10 days back for claiming 5 conditional exemptions. Still didnt receive any mail regarding it. But when i clicked detailed exam history in myacca portal only 4 where exempted. Why so?

If your query is not answered here https://www.accaglobal.com/us/en/help/exemptions.html (e.g. in the section “Why did I not receive the exemptions I expected?”), you should contact ACCA directly https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html

    See here https://www.accaglobal.com/ie/en/student/getting-started/exemptions/exemptions-step-by-step-guide-decision-tree/step-by-step-guide-to-applying-for-exam-exemptions-endpoint-10.html

    Step 4: Exemption enquiry confirmation
After you have submitted your exemptions enquiry, you’ll get an acknowledgement from us within 48 hours.

    It will either be:

to advise that your request has been passed to the relevant team for assessment; or
    a request for further information/documentation
Most assessments are processed within 10 days however in some cases it can take longer as further assessment may be required by our Accreditation team. But don’t worry – we’ll contact you with the outcome on completion of our assessment.
