Hi sir, for P1 pilot paper question 4(a), in the answer key, regarding the second point of a sound internal control system.
The internal controls system must be capable of responding quickly to risks arising from internal and external sources.
In the answer key, for this point, there was no reference made to the case. But , can I state that the following ?
The product rating was not changed fast enough. Though the FF company knew their fabric was rated at only 5 minutes fire resistance, it was allowing it to be sold labelled as ten minute rated.
Is this point valid ?

Actually it's a failure to correct the false rating not a slow response.
