    Hi Professor,

I am wondering the reason why “the limited functionality of the web site offers little value to customers.” under the part of “marketing and sales”

I suppose there is no evidence to justify the answer.

    Thanks in advance

    You are told:

DRB also has a web site which provides product details

    And

Payment for products cannot currently be made through the web site.

Emsils are necessary to find product specs.

The eeb site functionality seems very limited. If in doubt, look at all the things you can do on a website like amazon.com.
