Hi Professor,
I am wondering the reason why "the limited functionality of the web site offers little value to customers." under the part of "marketing and sales"
I suppose there is no evidence to justify the answer.

The eeb site functionality seems very limited. If in doubt, look at all the things you can do on a website like amazon.com.
