Hello sir i already calculated the throughput contribution and i already rank the product in highest priority. What do i need to do about the maximum sales dd??

5y ago#1You produce as many as you can of the product with the highest ranking but the most to produce is the maximum demand. Any hours remaining you use for the product next in the ranking and carry on in the same way until you have used all of the machine hours available.
It would seem that you have not watched my free lectures on throughput accounting - you cannot expect me to type out my whole lecture here!
