Dear Sir,
The personal allowance figure used in exam notes is of previous year. In current tax year, it is GBP 12,570.

Sorry, I am not the tutor but just thought I could assist
The exam is based on the financial tax year 2020/21 and so the personal allowance is still 12500

Kish is correct – use only the material produced for this exam which is based on FA 2020 and is relevant through to the March 2022 exam
