1- If question ask to apply performance prism ( does not mention about performance measures) do we have to mention performance measures for each facet.
2- having difficulty in producing measures for Strategy and process. (How they will be different) Example would help

Generally the performance prism will be asked in the context of a question where you have to apply it so I think that a couple of performance measures for each face would produce a more useful answer.
Strategy: could be cost leadership.
Process: could be high reliance on advanced automation and JIT
Resources: sophisticated IT to allow accurate forecasting of demand, scheduling of machinery use and ordering of parts.Thanks .
