After deciding on the company's mission and preparing a mission statement, it is then necessary for them to prepare a series of goals and then to prepare specific objective (in order to attempt to achieve their mission).
The question is asking which of the four statements is not a sound principal (i.e. something to take into account) when designing their list of objectives.
