what is performance measurement and what type of questions structured one can be given in cbe exams
Performance measurement is when we look to see how well (or badly) the business is performing. We need to look at financial measures (such as profitability ratios) and also non-financial measures (such as whether quality is getting better or worse).
There are free course notes and lectures on this website, which cover the topic.
There is also a mock exam where some of the questions (and obviously one of the section B questions – the examiner has said there will be a 10 mark question in section B on performance measurement) are on performance measurement.
Also, of course, there is the specimen exam (and the extra specimen MTQ’s) on the ACCA website.
