Hi,
for sure you are having problems submitting your PERnow , because the site becomes too busy at this period . Everyone is submitting PER just like you .. That's why it's always better to do at at least on 25 th , not later.
However, you can try logging in at different times of the day.
Alternatively, call ACCA.
