i saw your videos and read the text i still a little confused how both of these work-
PAYE-pay as you earn in this the employer collects the tax and NIC on the employees earnings and files them on a real time basis
IS THIS HOW IT WORKS?

Correct – and then pay over to HMRC the amounts due by the 22nd of the following month to which the payment relates
