Good evening John. Would it be possible for you to do a debrief of this question in Part B of the exam as it seems to me quite a challenging way of testing interest rate swaps? Thanks!
Yes please your assitance in this regard will be much appreciated do follow the method shown in your lecture if possible.
RegardsI will record a lecture working through this question, but I am very busy at the moment and so it will certainly not be in time for the March exam 🙁
However, two things.
Firstly, this question is based on a technical article which is available on the ACCA website and explains what to do (and why).
Secondly, if you are taking the exam in March then it is fairly unlikely that the technique involved will be asked again so soon – it is not really a core topic 🙂
