Q2: 6Is of e-business (this came up in Dec 2013 Q4 right?)
Q3: Project initiation document: scope, cost, time quality considerations. (reference to past exam paper please that covers all those things)
Q4: Outsourcing – pros and cons including marginal costing (are you talking about Harmon here? Please give me a reference to a past exam question which has pros and cons of outsourcing)

11y ago#1Q1: there is n't a past question with ABC. The possibility of ABC has only been recently introduced to the syllabus.
Q2: yes, but it's very popular.
