Sir, here in semi strong market its written that "Share prices reflect all information currently publicly available"
So information publicly available also includes past share price movements and hence in semi strong market, share price also reflects past share price movements, correct?

They will know past share price movements, but in theory it is not past movements that are relevant - it is future expectations. In a semi-strong market, future expectations can only be based on information that is publicly available.
Sir in semi strong market share price reflects past price movements and all publicly available knowledge, correct? And here market can only be beaten by insider information, correct?
Correct.
