I have a question in paper JUNE 11 q2 and part (b). I understand the logical process of the answer. I just want to know can I not convert MShs 2.64 to Euro, just convert 14725000( in the answer) to MShs by using the exchange rate at the six month time? which means:14725000*120.9 to number quoted as MShs . then compared with the MShs 2.46? is that right? thanks

11y ago#1OK, except that the question does ask for the amount of loan finance required, and says that they are taking the loan in euros. So you do need an answer in Euros.
