Can i also use the current P4 notes for Mar-18 attempt ?

Yes you can, but make sure you do not use them on their own but watch the free lectures as well. (And, of course, it is vital that you buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers and work through every question in it 🙂 )
