Hi,
I have noticed that answers to certain objective question are difficult as theoretically the choice of answers does not corresponds to practical application. My biggest dilemma is how to choose the correct answer as sometimes there can be more than one right choice of answer. The Text Book literature absolutely does not corresponds to the objective type questions and answers, nor is there any material available to guide on application of text book literature to answer objective questions. In practice test the scores are good but in actual exam the score are totally different as the level and framing of questions are done differently.
Please guide as I do not want to answer questions based on guess work but with confidence about the answers I choose.

I think that the problem is that P3 is a high-level exam and therefore relies less on knowledge (very objective) and more on higher skills (such as judgement which is subjective).
There is no easy solution for candidates. If, for example, you are answering a 4-option multiple choice questiin the usually some answers can be ruled out as being wrong. That cuts down the odds. Then look very carefully at the wording of the question and compare carefully to the aswers you are left with to see if a less obvious choice and be eliminated.
First time through, leave questions you think are ambiguous or difficult and ensure you attack all the more straightforward questions. Then go back and use the approach outlined above.
Remember, everyone is in the same boat.

Thanks!
I will practice from this perspective.
Nothing gives more confidence to read that everyone is in the same boat. 🙂

So of a,question asks something like ‘Which of the following are committees under the UK code?’ Then choose your two or three options. Then ask yourself ‘ which of the following are NOT committees under the UK code’. Your choices from the two questionsmshould not overlap. Any which do require some more thought.
