Since you are not going to take P7 then go for P2 first as it's bulky but do-able in the June attempt which has more tuition+study time than the December attempt. Then you can take up P1 and P3 in December as they are not that bulky and a bit similar in terms of question/answer technique and pattern. Plus just in case if you have to re-do F9 you can easily do it with 1 paper.
