I hope you are having a good day. My question is regarding the placement of profit or loss in the statement of profit or loss. Is it considered as an operating income or expense, if it is not mentioned where it belongs?

oh i didnt type the question properly, my question was about the gain or loss on the disposal of a non-current asset, should we include it in the SOPL as operating expense/income or other?
2mo ago#3It should appear as an operating expense (it is effectively a correction of previous depreciation expenses)
