I submitted my May 2026 RAP. Unfortunately, I later realised I answered the previous SLS question set instead of the required SLS questions. The content is entirely my own, includes all mentor meetings and reflections, but the headings are from the previous template. Based on your experience, is this likely to result in an unsuccessful submission, or do assessors focus primarily on whether the required learning outcomes are demonstrated?
