I would like to know if the notes (146 pgs )that we can download from this site and the Kaplan Book are the same? as Kaplan Book has over 600 pgs and I see that many chapters in these notes are missing! My question is, If I study these notes, It will be fine for the exams? Or I have to purchase the Kaplan Book (600) Not the practice exam Kit!
Our notes and lectures PLUS lots of practice using a BPP or Kaplan exam kit plus reading ACCA’s technical articles should be enough. Obviously our notes are much shorter than texts, but they contain the essence of what you need to know.
I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to practise questions. Do not mark your answers on the exam kit. Note them on a separate piece of paper so that you can revisit the questions for revision without any hints. If you get a question correct, tick it and do not return to it until your revision phase. Concentrate initially on the questions you got wrong.
