Hi there I want to know whether the non executive directors are part of the nomination comittee The purpouse of the Nomination comittee is to allocate an equal amount of non executive and executive directors...I want to know who exactly are the people who are appointed in the nomination comittee???

Yes. NEDs are part 9f the nomination committee as stated on P30 of our notes. Although our notes do not have an index, the PDF file can be searched if you press Ctrl F and enter the search term.
