Please consult the latest Information Pack for all of the details which affect several topics [including TOPIC 8], which you should be able to find via the attached link.

All students submitting in P43 will have to choose a topic from the new list and only resubmitting students will be able to use their previous old topic title [though they may change to the new title if they desire]
Good news though – the SLS questions have also been changed and these should prove to be a lot easier to answer for most students
Also the new versions of ‘Topic 8’ do not require a particular industry sector!
How can I find a company and a comparator that are suitable for topic 4, 5, or 8?
You do some research ! Read articles from the business press that highlight the relevant areas that align with the appropriate topic title and then download the recent annual reports of the companies. Do further research to uncover who their rivals are. Draw up a short list and then choose
