network organisations

Hi, I understood what functional and divisional structure of an organisation is but didn’t quite get what’s network structure? It says the relationship is both formal and informal within that organisation and it’s decentralised and both loose organisation structure. Can you please give an example of network structure organisation so I understand it. Thanks, Sara
