sir do you think we could get a question of this sort in our CBE exam? I am specifically referring to the part which involves decision tree(luminary’s co. offer). Because the thing is that the question is slightly tricky, and it gets even trickier as we have to visualise the decision tree and then solve the question. So, do you think something like this could be asked in our CBE exam?

I assume that you are looking at the original exam question (and not an amended version), then the question does not require a decision tree – only understanding of expected values.
As such it could certainly be asked in the computer based exam.
