Has anyone else been unable to login to Myacca because of a Authentication failed message? this has been occurring to me since yesterday. Is it a issue with ACCA or my end because I tried different browsers and tried on the ipad but same issue.
You need to reset your password. I had the same problem. You can reset it on the ACCA website and they will e-mail you a new password within 30 mins. If you don’t receive the e-mail within 30 minutes, give ACCA a call and they will reset it for you.
