why i couldn’t see the attached file for Section B. so i couldn’t answer to the question. for both questions.

I was also unable to see the file and was not able to answer the question. Additionally, I was not able (for some questions) to scroll down and choose an answer.

With regard to the attached file for the question in Section B, click on it and it will enlarge in a pop-up window.
With regard to the scrolling, make sure you have clicked your mouse when it is inside the window and then scroll.
