Hi, could you please help in understanding of 1st task in PM Notes.
I do not understand why Machining distribution in answers calculated as:A B C
23 404 29256 2340when in conditioning of Machines hours per unit we have:
A B C
2 2 2When the total machines costs 55 000
More reasonable calculations are the follow:
A B C
18 333 18 333 18 333Is it a mistake in answers or my logic is incorrect?
Thanks a lot.
October 19, 2019 at 9:32 am #550147Your logic is not correct and there is no mistake in the notes.
Watch the free lecture on this because I work through the example and explain.
It is pointless to use the notes without watching the free lectures that go with them. They are not a Study Text – they are lecture notes and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes.
If you are not watching the lectures for any reason then you need to buy a Study Text from one of the ACCA approved publishers and study from there. However you choose to study it is vital that you buy a Revision Kit, because that is full of past exam and other exam-standard questions for practice, and practice is essential to passing the exam.
