Missing PDF for Lecture Notes

Welcome to the Opentuition forums. My apologies to tutor for answering on this thread (something I wouldn't normally do) but given nature of problem and "please can someone advise?" comment, I thought I should offer assistance to the poster. I was able to download notes a few minutes ago on my android device.
