can you explain statement of financial position in master budget and especially “cash” part how we find cash?
The master budget is the complete set of budgets and will usually include a budgeted SOFP and a cash budget (along with everything else).
In practice the cash figure for the budgeted SOFP will come from the preparation of a cash budget. In the exam it depends what information is given in the question. You might certainly be asked for an extract from a cash budget.
Obviously you cannot be asked to prepare a full budgeted SOFP in the exam – only extracts from it.
