Passed with 70%, buzzing is an understatement, won’t be able to go to sleep now XD
passed on my first attempt – finished with all the skills paper, only 4 more exams to go!!
It was my 4th attempt and I finally passed?
I’m happy that from today onwards I don’t have to sit through this dreaded paper again! ??
OMG I managed to pass this exam on the second attempt!
I think the forum quiz questions really helped in the run up to the exam. I switched from CAT to ACCA in order to take the exam in March, unfortunately I failed in the September sitting however I am now I’m qualified once i complete my practical experience!!!passed with a 52% on my fifth attempt. Four more to go.AA traumatised me.I think i have PTSD from this paper

my advise is practicing past exams , to learn how to get the easy marks.

Passed on my first attempt with 75%. The best advice I can give to whoever is sitting the future sessions is to finish the study material as fast as possible and focus on revision kit and past exam paper, and familiarize yourself with the exam format and time management.
Passed with 64%! All while studying by myself with the kaplan practice kit.
My advice is to practice the section B questions as much as possible. Pay a lot of attention to risk and audit evidence(substantive tests).
For audit risk, read and understand the typical response to audit risks in a scenario as there’s always a pattern and repetition. The only difference is the name of the client. You’ll notice this when you solve all the questions.
For audit evidence(substantive testing), memorize(and understand!) at least 5 test of each area of the financial statements.
Examples include: receivables, payables, revenue, revaluation, depreciation, director’s bonuses, redundancy provision etc.
This strategy worked for me and it can work for you, too!
Remember to read to understand, not cram and forget after exams.

Congratulations! How many attempts did you make?
I failed on my first one with 46%. And don’t know where to start since I left the exam with confidence that I passed. So don’t know what areas to improve ((.
