Hi Mr. John,
Can you explain to me the statement “overtime paid at time-and-a quarter”? Thank you so much.
If the normal rate of pay is $10 per hour, then it means that overtime is paid at the rate of 10 + (1/4 x 10) = $12.50 per hour.
