good evening sir,
i am unable to calculate the lock-in rate for the interest rate futures question in Alecto Question2 December 2011.
Why do you want to calculate a lock-in rate?
The question wants you to show what happens if interest rates go up by 0.5% or go down by 0.5%, which does not involve calculating a lock-in rate.
Have you watched the free lectures on interest rate risk management, because I work through full examples showing what happens?
