lifecycle costing

NNoah5y ago
and what about lifecycle costing. I understand that in case of LC costing opportunity cost is ignored, allocated costs(like head office costs) and sunk costs are included in total costs and so is depreciation(as it will total to capital cost of the asset). But what about notional cost of capital(i assume if deprn is included then notional costs of capital will also be included)? do corroborate my understanding sir, and let me know if i am missing out on anything.
