11y ago#1A lever of change is used to 'push' through changes and to overcome resistance to change.
Unilever suggest five levers to promoting and achieving change:
Make if understood
Make it easy
Make it desirable
Make it rewarding
Make it a habit
But, I don't think you need to learn those. The concept is enough.
