I noticed that swap valuation is not covered by the notes, but it is on the ACCA Study Hub. Was this an oversight or is open tuition intentional about this?

It is intentional. I did think about including it but decided not to for several reasons. The most important thing is to understand how swaps work (especially interest rate swaps) and this is covered in full in the lectures. The valuing is really just the application of DCF techniques and from memory it has only been asked in the exam once - it was just part of a question and the question very much indicated what you needed to do. Having said that, there is no reason why it might not be asked again and so certainly do work through the section on it in the Study Hub.
