Hi sir,
In Adair’s three principle requirements of leadership, one of the principle requirement is “satisfy the individual’s needs”
Can you explain me what is meant by “individual’s needs”??
(Does it mean “individual’s needs” related to fulfill the task or companies objective.
Or
It is individual’s personal need.)
