On May 1, Lim offered to sell 5 computer servers to
Kim Company for 5,000.00 each, delivery to be on May 30. Later that day (May 1), Gatekeeper responded that it would buy the computers only if they were delivered within three business days. Lim notified Kim the next day,
May 2 that it would not be able to deliver the goods within the time requested by Gatekeeper.
What is Lim’ liability towards Kim?

this question is under what topic?
can give me some hint how to do this?

King, a money lender makes a loan of 1000 to Emily on Emily’s representation that she is 19 years old. She is in fact 17 years old. She enrolled for a Diploma course in Finance with a private college for 500, spent 200 on a holiday and the balance of 300 on a mini hi-fi set. She now refuses to pay King.
Emily also took a part-time job as an accounts clerk to help her learn the practical side of accounting. While on the job, Emily proved to be careless and this caused the accounting firm to lose few thousand dollars in relation to some of their clients. Discuss.

Jane, I’ve just answered your first question when you posted it under your name ‘Anonymous’

As for your second question, I suggest that you look up the cases Nash v Inman and Doyle v White City Stadium

For the second part of your second post, maybe think along the lines of Employer Liability Insurance

    OK?
