Could u pls explain what is difference between critical success factor and key performance indicator. Thanks
Csf is a factor which the customers value and its important for the survival and success of our company.
And kpi are a tool of measuring to what extent we have achieved our csfs.
Correct me if im wrong 🙂
That’s right. A KPI is a perfoance indicatoror a measure.
So, csf of an airline might be to achieve high plane utilisation. An associated KPI would be turnaround time.
