The 2021 subscription was due by 12 January for all students (except those who registered with ACCA between 16 November 2020 and 3 May 2021 who are required to pay their first subscription by 3 June 2021).
If you fail to pay your annual subscription, you risk removal from the ACCA register which will prevent you from sitting any more exams. Should you want to return to ACCA later, you will be required to pay a re-registration fee (currently £89).
ACCA advises:
If you have outstanding fees, please go to your myACCA account and make the outstanding payment as soon as possible.
If you wish, you can also pay in instalments during this time. Instructions on
how to make part payments can be found on your myACCA account.

Thanks Kim, if I hadn't seen your message I wouldn't have known about it. I didn't receive any e-mails from ACCA advising me I owed the subscription fee.
What is this?
@ldaranijo@hotmail.com - if you are an ACCA student it should be obvious to you - if you're not then it's not relevant to you.
I have re-registered for acca March 2021, i did not think that i will have to pay my annual subscripton this year. ACCA just texted me that i will be remved from ACCA student register if i dont pay by 25 May 2021.
I have booked for my last exam sitting for this June.
The question is will i be able to sit for my June exam because currently i dont have the needed money.
No you will not be eligible to sit if you are deregistered. But see in my post that you may be able to make part payments. Do not delay. Contact ACCA immediately. Once deregistered you will have no choice but to pay also for reregistration if you wish to sit exams.
Thank you sir.
But say i have paid £60 and the deadline passes, will i be removed or i will be given another date
@cayz - the advice from ACCA is:
"If you have outstanding fees, please go to your myACCA account and make the outstanding payment as soon as possible.
"If you wish, you can also pay in instalments during this time. Instructions on
how to make part payments can be found on your myACCA account."
A student will not be removed if they pay by permitted instalments. As I understand it, the May deadline is final, so if your account is in arrears, you be deregistered.
However, I do no have access to students' myACCA accounts and I cannot advise on individual cases. So you really must contact ACCA directly if your account shows outstanding fees due.
My ACCA account has been suspended. They said i can re-register by paying in 172 pound. Is there any option for me to pay in installment?
I cannot advise on individual cases - if you cannot see an instalment option in your myACCA you will have to contact us directly https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
I think there is only an instalment option for subscriptions - so if, as I presume, the £172 includes exam fees, exam fees have to be paid in full before sitting exams.
Hi Kim, I’m from India. I registered for ACCA on 28th December 2020.
I got the invoice to pay the annual subscription at the start of this month and it showed £112 debit balance.
I was going to pay it at the end of this month.
But I checked it today and it showed just £56 debit balance. I’m not sure how that happened since I did not have any credit balances.
Am I supposed to pay only half? Please help me out regarding this.
I cannot advise on individual cases – I suggest you pay what is indicated now (don't want until 3rd June in case your payment doesn't go through/clear immediately) and follow up with ACCA directly https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
Hello
Will my previous passed exams be affected ? If I re register do I have to start fresh.?
I had just have one exam left I was studying bad news ???
@ali mahdi - you don't lose exam passes (unless you are affected by the 7-rule for passing Strategic Professional exams - but that's a completely separate issue). But you do have to pay an additional re-registration fee (£89) on top of any outstanding fees before you can book any more exams.
Thank you professor Kim for your kind words.
Hello Kim, if I do not pay for the subscription and then re-register, will I lose my exemptions?
In addition, do I have to pay the re-registration fee and the missed subscription?
@Gavism Additional subscriptions will not accrue during the time you are no longer on the register. You will have to pay all fees outstanding at the time you are deregistered and the reregistration fee.
If you have paid for exemptions I see no reason why you should lose them, but if concerned on this point I suggest you contact ACCA directly https://forms.accaglobal.com/contact-us
