Weighted Average area:
1st line in question ie Equity shares @$0.50 for $50,000, becomes= 100,000 shares
Take it into the weighted Avg table, it should have been 100,000 x 3/12 x 2/1.84 = 27,173 shares.
From where did you get the 80,000 shares figure?
